  • Why Christ is the king? (not somebody other, for example not a microprocessor designer)

Bible teaches that Christ is king.

But why a king? Why not some other job?

He would be a very good scientist, just because he already knows everything. He would head such projects as building thermonuclear reactors or designing fast microprocessors. But instead he has set to become a king over the Earth.

Be assured that he chooses for himself the most efficient occupation. In Bible a king not only gives decrees but also judges. The function of a biblical king is to control the society to live in peace.

Without peace microprocessors and nuclear fusion reactors are useless. A war could destroy them anyway. The task of Christ as he rules over the Earth is to keep peace. And this task keeps him busy fulltime.

This is the reason why he is a king, not a microprocessor designer. If the peace is kept people could gradually build better microprocessors and fusion engines. If progress faced too quickly, it could lead to discrepancy between the technology and morality. Christ does not want such a discrepancy, but namely this would happen, if he would design or technology by himself thus advancing it too quickly.

Thus he has chosen the (humbly) task to be a king.

  • The main function of a pastor

What is the main function of a shepherd? It is to feed the sheep.

Then what is the main function of a pastor? It is to ensure that all of the crowd he manages has food, shelter, some rest, etc.

This was neglected because it was taught that the service of the pastor is “spiritual” and thus does not concern bodily matters.

My theory of human soul is that “soul” is a backup of the brain. Science has indeed proved that people think by and are controlled by the brain. If the human body is put into a too difficult condition, this may (sometimes quite badly) influence human mind and emotions.

Read more on my theological theories in the following two books:

  • Sin as a DoS attack

Sin as a DoS attack for our brains designed by the devil.

This means that devil designed some “program” in our mind which disturbs other programs to work well. It is the reason why we cannot calculate like a computer.

Sin is not just a DoS attack but a DDoS attack that is the main problem lies not in our brains but in the attacker: (Eph. 6:12) “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” This means that when the source of the attack is overcome, the problem with our brains remain minor and can be relatively easily solved.

(Heb. 2:5-8) “5 For he didn’t subject the world to come, of which we speak, to angels. 6 But one has somewhere testified, saying,
“What is man, that you think of him?
Or the son of man, that you care for him?
7 You made him a little lower than the angels.
You crowned him with glory and honor.
8 You have put all things in subjection under his feet.””

This mean that people who passed through sin and overcome (with God’s help) will be above angels. Why? I think the reason for this is the following: DoS attacks are nothing other than hard problems (for the brain). That is ability to stand against sin is a kind of problem which one should be able to solve. Probably some hard problems are similar to DoS attacks for the mind of one who tries to solve. Thus these who passed through sin and overcame are more clever than these who never passed through sin.

“For he who has died has been freed from sin.” (Rom. 6:7)
Our brain does not have enough computing power to overcome sin (which is a denial of service attack as a computer hacker would say). But when we die, our personality is transferred to a much more powerful computer run by God, so that the sin in us is overcome.

  • Jesus didn’t kill anyone

I’ve made an observation: Jesus didn’t kill anyone (using spiritual power).

Well, we know, that when he returns his garments will be stained by blood (Isaiah 63).

  • Did Christ died to demonstrate that altruism wins?

Further thinking on the purpose of Jesus’ death, being inspired by this article while reading it right now, I propose this theory:

Christ’s death was to demonstrate that an altruistic person will be rewarded (as in Christ’s resurrection and power over the entire heavens given) justly, even when at first it seems that this way leads to death.

This has shown to the heavenly powers that altruism works and leads to life rather than to death as someone may expect.

And this needs a sacrifice of God himself, because it is necessary to show that even the highest level of altruism is rewarded.

  • Russia is blocked

This entire idea may be wrong, as I now know (not as I assumed) that Stalin was against dividing Germany. Sorry for this possibly offensive blog post. But I will keep it for “history”.

Russia is blocked by the devil. Most Russian people don’t accept the truth of Gospel, their minds are blocked from freedom. Integration with the West is hindered.

What exactly “blocks” Russians’ minds? I think this is a “composite” stronghold:

    • Russian Orthodoxy
    • “religion of victory”
    • stalinism
    • monuments
    • “frontline” 100 gram

“Russian Orthodoxy” is a religion similar to Catholicism (with only minor differences, if not to take as a difference that Russian priests do marry). It is little related with Christianity. One thing Russian Orthodoxy has in common with Christianity is that we both believe in Holy Trinity and resurrection of Christ. But that is the end of similarity. All other aspects of Russian Orthodoxy are unrelated with Christianity. Well, they “have” Bible, but don’t believe it is errorless. They pray to dead people just like shamans, they think that salvation of a man depends on whether he does good deals, rather than wholly accepting the sacrifice of Christ who saves us sinners. (See here the true theory of salvation.)

“Religion of victory” is Russian quasi-cult where they proudly celebrate victory over fascist Germany in 1945. No doubt it is good that fascists were defeated, but Russians converted this to a pride cult. Russians feel “we have already achieved success” (considering that victory) and for this reason the desire of Russians to reach success is hindered (“we already reached a success”).

So the problem is that Russian are too proud of their victory. But in fact the problem is worse: It was Stalin who attacked Hitler not vice versa. Thus Russians are proud of an aggressive war. It is just like to make a robbery and then be proud “I have overcome that other gangster which I’ve robbed!” Clearly this puts a serious curse on Russia, because God is against robbery.

It is curious to know how I revealed that Stalin attacked Hitler, not vice versa. Like most Russians I took for granted that Hitler aggressively attacked Russia. But once I’ve read in Bible (Joel 3):

1 “For, behold, in those days,
    and in that time,
when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
2 I will gather all nations,
    and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat;
and I will execute judgment on them there for my people,
and for my heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations.
    They have divided my land,
3 and have cast lots for my people,
and have given a boy for a prostitute,
and sold a girl for wine, that they may drink.
4 “Yes, and what are you to me, Tyre, and Sidon,
and all the regions of Philistia?
    Will you repay me?
    And if you repay me,
I will swiftly and speedily return your repayment on your own head.
5 Because you have taken my silver and my gold,
and have carried my finest treasures into your temples,
6 and have sold the children of Judah and the children of Jerusalem to the sons of the Greeks,
that you may remove them far from their border.
7 Behold, I will stir them up out of the place where you have sold them,
    and will return your repayment on your own head;
8 and I will sell your sons and your daughters into the hands of the children of Judah,
and they will sell them to the men of Sheba,
    to a faraway nation,
    for Yahweh has spoken it.”
9 Proclaim this among the nations:
    “Prepare for war!
    Stir up the mighty men.
Let all the warriors draw near.
    Let them come up.
10 Beat your plowshares into swords,
and your pruning hooks into spears.
Let the weak say, ‘I am strong.’
11 Hurry and come, all you surrounding nations,
    and gather yourselves together.”
Cause your mighty ones to come down there, Yahweh.
12 “Let the nations arouse themselves,
    and come up to the valley of Jehoshaphat;
for there will I sit to judge all the surrounding nations.
    13 Put in the sickle;
    for the harvest is ripe.
Come, tread, for the wine press is full,
the vats overflow, for their wickedness is great.”
14 Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision!
For the day of Yahweh is near, in the valley of decision.

It is clear the similarity of the situation: They divided Israel, got money, and Stalin also divided Germany into two parts and got the reparation. I’ve concluded that there should be also similarity of the result: a curse on the one who have done this. Well, in my more recent interpretation of Bible I do not suppose that similar situations always cause a similar result, but that time it worked:

I told to God: “God, everybody says that Germany attacked Russia but you say that Russia attacked Germany, I believe you. Show me how has this happened”. A few months after God has replied to my question: A Russian journalist Yevgeny Kiselyov explained on TV: Russia lost about a half of its military airplanes after the first German attack, because the airplanes were staying near the border, ready for an attack but not ready for defense. Stalin was sure that Hitler will be afraid to attack USSR, but was going to attack first. But Hitler “got wind” that Stalin is going to attack and got defensive measures. Hitler was afraid to attack USSR, but just started to protect himself. So it is clear: Essentially Stalin attacked first, Hitler just defended.

So Stalin’s propaganda is not yet crushed completely: his main myth that Germany attacked USSR continues to be promoted by Russian propaganda. In a sense they are stalinists yet. No doubt we must liquidate all remainders of stalinism. To crash stalinism we need to crash the religion of victory, which is intimately related with stalinism.

Russian Orthodoxy is also linked with this: The war was proclaimed “holy war” by Russian church. To crush the Russian Orthodoxy cult and replace it with true Christianity it is necessary to crush also religion of victory.

Another source of trouble are monuments. I’d dare to say that the topic of half of Old Testament is that when they built monuments, they lose God’s blessing and when they destroyed monuments they received God’s blessing. The main source of Russian monuments is the “religion of victory”. You see, all this is related.

Someone may say: Monuments are not idols. To know whether monuments are idols, we need to hear what the partisans of monuments themselves think and themselves say. They consider them as something holy. After we hear them, it is quite clear: They are! They are treated like idols and thus they are idols, because real idols is what is treated as an idol. Monuments are idols, they are worshiping to deads, what is forbidden by Bible (just like worshiping to dead saints, which is also connected to this).

And finally, yet one Russian problem, drunkenness. It does not work if we fight the symptom, we need to fight the source of the problem: (Eph. 6:12) “For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.” The real reason of Russian drunkenness is sorcery! Russians often not just drink, they drink “for” something: For example they often “drink for health”. It is nothing other as sorcery, using vodka as a magical aid. The proper way to fight drunkenness is to fight sorcery, and thus to fight religion of victory and Russian Orthodoxy. And one reason for Russian drunkenness are well remembered so called “frontline 100 grams” (of vodka). You see drunkenness is directly related with religion of victory.

Yet another stronghold is Synodal Bible translation (widely used in Russia even by Protestants). In this Bible version there are more sentences with translation errors than sentences without errors (I have checked it myself using Hebrew and Greek dictionaries.) To Russian apply words of Christ (Rev. 3:17) “Because you say, ‘I am rich, and have gotten riches, and have need of nothing;’ and don’t know that you are the wretched one, miserable, poor, blind, and naked”, as they are separated from true word of God with a wrong translation and mind for themselves than they are better than for example Americans. Well, nothing wonderful with this as this Bible version is adequately named after “holy” Synod, which was even not under control of Russian Church but even worse a government entity created to control over the church by Russian czar.

Two religions cannot be in one place. There cannot be both monuments of “religion of victory” and true Gospel filling Russia. We need to make war with monuments and all other remnants of stalinism.

Don’t take me wrong, I am not an enemy of Russia. I want Russian to be prosperous. I just point the problem why Russia fails to prosper. I want Russia to stand up and get rid of the curse.

The author of this article Victor Porton is the author of two Christian books:

    The same in Russian language.

  • What is blessing?

Blessing is when we receive not accordingly efficiency of our work (which is quite poor after Adam felt to sin), but accordingly efficiency of Jesus’s work.

  • Bearing a cross

(Matthew 16:24) “Then Jesus said to his disciples, “If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.”

The words of Christ should first be taken literally. He called anyone who desired to (literally) come after him (that is to follow physically his human body on the Earth) to take a literal cross.

I don’t know whether people literally following Jesus literally did it.

But to take a cross and move with it may seems the silliest and the least efficient way of doing things. If one bears a cross, he cannot for example cook a meat, cannot earn money for a ministry, cannot do anything useful.

Yet, we believe that the words of Christ are wise (that is efficient for a business, be it an earthy business or heavenly business). This looks the least efficient of all possible variants, but we should believe in efficiency of words of Christ.

The reason why Christ wanted us to do this, becomes more clear from the following Bible verses (Matthew 16:25) “For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, and whoever will lose his life for my sake will find it.”

This mean that our main purpose is to stop doing the old way of our life. Not to do good but just to stop doing bad. Not only we should stop doing bad in this life but in afterlife also.

But now I should tell you what was a secret in the past:

I don’t know whether literal followers of Jesus complied to his commandment to carry a big piece of wood to keep their hands busy and to be able to do nothing.

But now we should not do it anymore.

The “cross” here means “gospel”. We should stop live accordingly the word of gospel, but move to live accordingly the spirit.

Read my book End of Gospel about switching to the next stage. In the epoch of gospel we were slaves of Christ (borrowing his cross not to be able to do what we consider good), but now he makes us free people, not his slaves anymore.

  • The step-by-step guide to repentance under faith in Christ

How to repent of sins (by a former maniacal killer)

In this short note I tell how to repent of your sins correctly. I strongly recommend to repent as described below.

Who knows how to repent of sins better than me, a former maniacal killer? Yes, I was a maniacal killer. I mean that I repeatedly attacked people with a knife with the purpose to kill and was unable to stop myself doing this because I had serious problems with my brain. Or, for example, once I said to a policemen “I am a maniacal killer. Give me a gun”; weirdly the policemen gave it to me; I tried to kill that policemen with a gun, but another policemen prevented me to do it.

  • Salvation is death

In this post I will present my theological theory of spiritual salvation, as described in New Testament.

This theory is not a dogma, but just my opinion which may be wrong.

The theory is as the follows:

Sin is a thing which happened but show happen no more in the future.

Salvation is ceasing of a sin.

The personality of a sinner is sin. So in salvation a sinner ceases to exists.

What remains of a sinner after salvation? The remaining thing is “negation” of this personality, that is prevention (the things needed to prevent of repeating in the future) of his personality to exist.

Salvation is taking a imprint of the sinner’s personality. But imprint is similar to the thing imprinted (however reverse). This way the soul of a sinner is presented in an inverse form. This is expressed by the Greek word μετάνοια (turning mind 180 degrees around) used in New Testament to denote repentance.

“Saved” persons are selected as worst sinners, which need to die to clean the world.

This theory (that salvation is in some sense death of a personality) seems confirmed by Bible:

“He who loves his soul will lose it. He who hates his soul in this world will keep it to eternal life.” (Jn. 12:25, refined translation)
“He who finds his soul will lose it; and he who loses his soul for my sake will find it.” (Mt. 10:39, refined translation)
“For whoever desires to save his soul will lose it, and whoever will lose his soul for my sake will find it.” (Mt. 16:25, refined translation)
“Whoever seeks to save his soul loses it, but whoever loses his soul preserves it.” (Luke. 17:33, refined translation)
“He called the multitude to himself with his disciples, and said to them, “Whoever wants to come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whoever wants to save his soul will lose it; and whoever will lose his soul for my sake and the gospel’s will save it.” (Mrk. 8:34-35, refined translation)
“For whoever desires to save his soul will lose it, but whoever will lose his soul for my sake, the same will save it.” (Luk. 9:24, refined translation)

(The quotes are taken from World English Bible.)

This mean that to receive salvation we need to agree that our sinful souls should “die” as Christ died.

Thus the topic that we need to “die” with Christ is now elaborated.
