Matthew 8 > 2 And behold, coming up, a leper worshiped Him, saying, Lord, If You will, You are able to cleanse me. 3 And stretching out His hand, Jesus touched him, saying, I will! Be cleansed! And instantly his leprosy was cleansed.

Moses’s law forbids to touch a leper:

Leviticus 13:45-46 > “The leprous person who has the disease shall wear torn clothes and let the hair of his head hang loose, and he shall cover his upper lip and cry out, ‘Unclean, unclean.’ He shall remain unclean as long as he has the disease. He is unclean. He shall live alone. His dwelling shall be outside the camp.

Leviticus 5:3

Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.

But for Jesus it was made an exception, because a leper touched by Him is already a non-leper.
